Q1, can we know what products to transport and we will see what machine is suitable, bucket elevator, modular belt conveyor, PVC/PU belt conveyor or screw conveyor?
Bucket elevator is suitable for alll kinds of granules, belt conveyor is suitable for bigger granules, like peanut, potato chips, screw conveyor is customized for powder products
Q2, What is the discharge height, ground and upper part length you need?
We customize the conveyors/hoist according to the next machine height, so we need to know the discharge height you need. Also we shall know the ground and upper part length to see the conveyor extension part.
Q3, Can we know whether you need flexible adjustable speed or certain speed?
For adjustable speed we shall add frequency inverter or variable speed controller, which we charge extra. For certain set speed no need.
Q4, What’s the delivery time after the order is placed?
We arrange the shipment in 30-35days for standard machine. It takes us more days for customized machines
